Well all struggle at times, some more than others, in different ways than others. Struggle, discomfort, and pain are part of the human experience-it is what we do with that pain that matters. Pain does not decompose when you bury it, and having a safe space to unpack, process, debrief, and build skills is important in moving through hard experiences, healing through painful ones, and coming out the other side with resilience and growth.
There are always ways to grow, evolve, transform, and elevate to our favorite selves, despite -and as a direct result of- those struggles. We call these “gifts wrapped in sandpaper”, and it is up to us to anchor and expand with these gifts.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is beneficial for more than just self-care and relaxation.
There is a growing body of research around the positive effects of massage therapy (physically and psychologically) when used in conjunction with mental health therapy.
Evidence reveals that massage therapy is beneficial for a multitude of mental and emotional distress, including general stress relief, as well as reduction in symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, seasonal affective disorder, ADHD and other attention/focus-related issues, and is found instrumental in the support of trauma healing.
